Sherson Group

In December 2007, Crown Capital Partners invested US$13 million in Sherson Group Inc. (and subsequently repaid its prior investment), a distributor and retailer of women’s footwear and accessories.  Sherson has agreements to distribute and retail substantially all of Nine West’s brands in Canada.  Crown Capital Partners provided financing to Sherson in order to facilitate the purchase of a minority shareholder ‘s equity interest to expand its previous facility.
