Crown Private Credit Partners was established in 2021 following the carve-out of the private credit business from Crown Capital Partners Inc. The founding shareholders of Crown Private Credit Partners include Canadian Western Bank, Concentra Bank, Mount Logan Capital Inc, as well as Crown Private Credit Partners’ management team.
We have a long history and track record in corporate financing, where we originate, structure and provide tailored financing solutions to a diverse group of mid-market businesses, serving as an alternative to banks and private equity funds. Several key members of Crown Private Credit Partners originated as part of Crown Life’s investment team prior to the establishment of Crown Capital Partners in 2000, resulting in one of the most experienced private credit teams in Canada.
