Crown Capital Partners provided $2.0 million in bridge financing to Ranchgate Energy in June 2004 to for the acquisition of natural gas assets. Ranchgate was a Calgary based oil and natural gas exploration and production company with its principal properties located in East Central Alberta and West Central Saskatchewan. Crown Capital Partners exited from this investment in August 2004.
