About MidSask Terminals
In May 2003, Crown Capital Partners provided a $2.0 million subordinated loan and a $0.5 million bridge loan to Mid-Sask Terminals in May 2003 to refinance its previous lenders. Mid-Sask is a high throughput inland grain terminal established in 1997 and operating in a 100 km region around the Watrous, Saskatchewan area. Crown Capital Partners exited from the bridge loan in September 2003 and exited from the subordinated loan in September 2004.
