(“CMT”), a specialty clothing retailer which operates two main retail banners: Urban Behavior and Costa Blanca. CMT provides trend-conscious apparel to the youth market, ranging from teenagers to young adults. Crown Capital Partners provided financing to CMT to assist the company with its United States growth plan.
